I work with buyers and sellers who have an interest in working with me to complete a sale that is about to start or is in progress. Alternatively, consider both the buyer and seller agreeing to hire me to help complete a sale. As with all Sia services, the Collaborative Sale is not about getting someone interested (marketing, solicitation, or prospecting), you're already there.

You Drive the Bus
At every step of this process, you lead the way, as you would on any sale.
· If you have already started the sale, you and I could review what you know.
· If you have already made a presentation, you could present it to me, then send it to me.
· If you have not made your first call, you and I could review what you will do.
· You could allow me access to call recordings and messaging related to this sale.
· You could update me with details.
· You could forward emails and text related to the sale.
· You could use one of my services to assist with the sale.
I am not a mediator because we are not resolving a conflict. I am not a broker because I am not buying or selling something on behalf of others. Although I do not attend in person, I am open to how you want this to play out.
I make no promises and give no guarantees when it comes to human behavior. It is difficult to predict how a seller will perform and how a buyer will react.
What I will do is use my extensive knowledge and skills in this area, and make the commitment and effort to succeed.
I’m not accountable for the outcome, nor I’m I rewarded for it.
It’s up to you/your business to decide if and how you use my feedback.
“You do not know our industry, products, and services.”
What I do is meticulously assess how you use your products, services, and industry knowledge on a sales call and all the reasons why.
Think about it:
Your specialty is X, it's not doing what I do (read this website). This reminds me of how sports have evolved with training specialists. The head coach of an NHL team doesn't do it all, they hire skating instructors, skill specialists, rehab specialists and on and on.
The skating expert doesn't need to know your industry, she's not the general manager, however you could create value by sharing your expectations, guiding her on your culture and proactively understanding her needs. "What can I and our company do that will enable you to perform your services to the best of your abilities?" Understand her reasons. Then ask, "What else can we do ....?" Learn and repeat.
