Step 1) Knowing & Understanding
Share with me (email, provide access) what your business wants/needs/expects in a salesperson, the reasons why, and the process you use to determine that.
If you provide me a list of the essential qualities your business requires in a sales professional, I will ask you:
“Please show me how you determined this?”
“How are you detecting and verifying these qualities on real sales calls?”
“How are you detecting and verifying these qualities on a job interview?”
Please explain the methods used to attract and assess (checking, verifying etc.) a potential candidate. Include job description, ads, and all related information. Expect me to ask many questions and dig deep.
Step 2) Better Understanding
To create more value for your business, I need to have a short 1:1 phone conversation with some employees that work directly with your sales professionals and those who contributed to step one. Expect me to ask many questions and dig deep.
Step 3) Confidential Hiring Process Assessment Report
I email your business an informative report that includes:
• A General Summary of the assessment results, including strengths, tendencies, and opportunities to improve.
• Specific examples and opinions.
• Recommendations to Your Business
This business report is emailed only to the business email of those employees on my “Who May Receive this Report List”.
Post-Assessment Walk-Through
I’m a huge fan of Walk-Throughs. Why? To me, emailing a report doesn’t mean it has been received it, read, or understood.
Upon completion, I will set up a conference to walk your team through the assessment results, answer questions and ask questions. Be prepared, let me know how much time we have. Please email me your questions in advance.
