For nine years, I was deeply involved in sales training, as shown in the picture to the left. After my first experience with professional sales instruction, I knew it was my calling and dedicated five years to becoming a skilled sales trainer. By blending my broad experience in adult education with advanced sales expertise, I developed a Socratic-style course that enabled me to assist hundreds of sales professionals across more than sixty industries over nearly a decade.


I eventually stopped.

I offer a development program tailored to assist B2B and B2C sales professionals who are experiencing challenges in their roles. If the individual is interested, I will provide guidance to help them cultivate confidence and achieve excellence in value creation.


The "Revitalization" program was established based on personal experience. Facing periods of feeling undervalued and discouraged is not uncommon in sales; overcoming these obstacles requires targeted support. I am committed to this endeavor and believe that meaningful improvement is achievable.

  • If a person is struggling, trying, willing to learn and make the effort. And, likes/believes in what they're selling, and, you like who this person is. Select my "Revitalization" service.

What is happening on sales calls is the real deal.

I offer your business a choice of discreet or non-discreet assessment of selling and value-creation communication skills.


Your company allows me access to a minimum of two hours of a salesperson’s recorded sales calls - phone, video conferencing, screen-to-screen, chats, text or a combination. These calls must include meaningful conversations with interested buyers.

Sales Training Needs Assessment

SalesInsighter’s Sales Training Needs Assessment is customized for your business, not for the individual participant. 

Ideal if:

Your management team wants a reliable, independent report that identifies common areas of strengths and training opportunities in your sales team(s).


How This Works

Your business selects salespeople to participate (individually) in my forty-five minute LIVE 1:1 Sales Training Needs Phone Assessment.


Upon completing the individual assessments, I carefully prepare and then email your company's Sales Training Needs Report. When you're ready, we set up a conference call to walk through the content and answer your questions. I will also ask you questions. 


Helps with:

  • Due Diligence: verifying sales training needs
  • Building your Internal Sales Training
  • Designing & Providing Group Sales Training


Cost: $99 CDN per person

If requested, I will provide this for one person to help verify training needs. 

However, if you employ five salespeople, assessing one person will not be representative of your team's sales training needs. If you employ 25 salespeople, assess no less than seven.
