Assessment of a Candidate for a Sales Role

Similar to Sia's Sales Training Needs Assessment, this is a reliable, cost-effective method of checking selling knowledge, selling and value-creation communication skills, and identifying specific strengths and training opportunities.

What I require and appreciate is a typed summary of what your business has decided it needs, wants, and expects from the salesperson/sales professional being assessed. Please include the real motivations/drivers of these decisions. 

* Keep in mind what I'm assessing (see first paragraph).  


What does your company want to know from this assessment? 

Is there something special or unwanted, such as an attitude or attribute you want me to scout? 


Procedure

Upon receiving and reviewing this information I will respond. When we’re ready, and have acquired permission and agreement from the candidate, please forward me the candidate’s contact information. I will schedule a LIVE 1:1 45-minute phone appointment and email the person relevant information.  

Your business will receive my Confidential Business Report within eight hours of completing the assessment.
