All clients pay a fixed $53 CDN hourly rate for service. No volume discounts apply at this rate.


Some services have a 🎪Special Flat Rate, so you know your cost up front and can save money. If you're worried about hourly charges, just ask for a flat rate. If I finish faster than expected, I'll reduce your fee.

Unlike the current practice of distributing certificates to all participants, recognition here is based on merit. Points, certificates, and awards are conferred only upon achievement.

Results are provided within six business hours.

The Professional Sales Assessment is conducted through a live, one-on-one, audio-only phone session of up to 90 minutes, tailored to your specific needs. I thoroughly evaluate your sales and value-creation communication abilities. This comprehensive assessment allows for the identification and recommendation of Key Personal Insights (KPIs) to support you in achieving your objectives. 


16. Professional Sales Program for Individuals 

The Professional Sales Program for Individuals comprises a structured sequence of services designed for sales professionals seeking to enhance their sales capabilities and value creation skills. This program operates on a pay-per-use basis, offering multiple milestones tailored to participants' experience levels and desired outcomes; individuals may conclude their participation at the stage that best aligns with their objectives. Upon completion, participants will earn the SalesInsighter Assessments "Sales Professional" certificate. 


17. Recorded Sales Calls Assessment 

 Sales call recordings provide direct insight into selling and value-creation communication skills. Businesses may opt for either discreet or non-discreet assessment. At least two hours of a salesperson’s recorded calls —including phone, video conferencing, screen-to-screen interactions, chats, text, or any combination—are required for evaluation. These calls should feature substantive conversations with interested buyers. 


18. Researcher

Within my business, the researcher position is an unpaid volunteer opportunity in which individuals maintain their regular sales responsibilities while working directly with the founder, James, to evaluate Insights during live sales calls and undertake supplementary tasks. This role offers valuable skill development through consistent communication by phone and email with James, aimed at accomplishing defined objectives. No monetary compensation is provided to participants for this arrangement.

Professional Support for Sales Performance

I offer a development program tailored to assist B2B and B2C sales professionals who are experiencing challenges in their roles. If the individual is interested, I will provide guidance to help them cultivate confidence and achieve excellence in value creation. 


20. Sales Essentials for Individuals   

Sales Essentials is ideal for businesses that desire a professional, cost-effective assessment of an individual’s selling knowledge and skills. 

In addition, using Key Personal Insights (KPIs) I prescribed from the person’s assessment results, I coach your sales professional based on her/his experience in real sales calls. 


21. Sales Training Needs Assessment 

Suitable for:

Organizations seeking an objective, independent report to identify common strengths and training opportunities within their sales teams.

Process:

Selected sales team members participate in a live one-on-one Sales Training Needs Phone Assessment.

After the Sales Training Needs Report is completed, a conference call is arranged to review the findings, address any questions, and discuss relevant topics related to the assessment.

Upon successful completion of all required services, exercises, and consistent demonstration of value-creation proficiency at work, in educational settings, and in personal endeavors, individuals are awarded Sia’s Value-Creation Certificate.

This service is designed for individuals. Participation is available either independently or through an employer. Certain organizations may offer this service as a benefit or as part of their onboarding process.

All interested employees are eligible to take part in this important program.

This exercise presents significant challenges.
