Value-Creation Assessment, Upgrade & Certificate

Process to Earn Your Value-Creation Certificate

A person must complete and pay for "Jimmy's Personal Satisfaction Service".  


•  Agree to my and possibly your employer’s terms and conditions.

•  45-minute 1:1 phone assessment of your value-creation knowledge and skills. A deeper, progressive, challenging assessment based on your experience in "Jimmy's Personal Satisfaction Service".

•  I perform a meticulous one hour forty-five-minute review of the recording of your assessment to assess and prescribe additional professional recommendations.  

• Minimum 30-minute Walk-Through of your assessment results and my personal recommendations via phone appointment. 

•  Complete exercises to help you apply what you learned.  

•  Complete three 1:1 “Professional Recommendations Feedback Sessions” and three 1:1"Coaching Call Sessions".

•  Complete Recorded Conversation Feedback. 

•  Repeatedly demonstrates these skills on the job. (determined by your business and I)

•  Pass my value-creation test.  

•  Six-months support   


My Minimum Dedicated Time Total: 8.0 hours, not including the final test or support. 

Minimum & Maximum Time Charged per Employee: 

$349 CDN per person 🎪Special Flat Rate


Does our fee for "Jimmy's Personal Satisfaction Service" count toward (credit) for this upgrade and certificate? No. This is a separate service that takes a minimum of eight hours of my time. My🎪Special Flat Rate saves you a minimum of $75 CDN.  


Suggestions for Your Business

Part of earning this certificate is repeatedly demonstrating these skills on the job. Your business and I can work together to determine what will benefit your business. 

If your business decides it wants many employees to earn this certificate, you might want to consider assigning someone to be a main contact for myself and your employees. 

Also, before you commit to a larger number of participants, I ask that we begin with a couple of people and learn from their experiences.
