About the Founder

My name is James Parker

My objective is to support individuals in enhancing their capacity to generate value that fulfills the needs of others as well as themselves. Proficient verbal communication can be fundamental to accomplishing this goal. 


I am Not Always Serious

As I was lying in the operating room awaiting a hernia operation and enjoying the music of the veteran Polish surgeon - with the medial staff ready to knock me out - a young stern-looking nurse leaned over me and asked, “What are we doing today?” I told her, “We are taking my head off and putting on another head.” There was plenty of laughter – she was not amused. 


Besides breathing, I spend most of my time learning from others. As a versatile curator, researcher, and trainer, I constantly improve myself and my services.  Teen Out Of The Box is an example of that. 


A Fit Beginning

Upon graduating from high school, I enrolled in an intensive two-year program at George Brown College with the objective of becoming a Fitness Instructor. The curriculum provided advanced practical training, including specialized fitness assessments such as hospital-grade stress tests.

Following the completion of the course, the program director arranged a placement for me at a prestigious private club (Cambridge Club), where my responsibilities included conducting fitness evaluations, designing customized fitness regimens, and guiding adult clients towards improved physical health.


The Cambridge Club was widely recognized for its distinguished membership, which included prominent leaders from various sectors across Canada, as well as influential individuals known for their achievements and personal integrity. The esteemed status of the club drew a variety of notable guests, allowing me the opportunity to assess and train accomplished professionals such as musicians, race-car drivers, Olympic athletes, and politicians. A significant proportion of the membership comprised highly successful business leaders, many of whom were company founders. 


Enjoying rigorous testing and being recognized as a skilled assessor led me to create SalesInsighter Assessments (Sia). My satisfaction in delivering thorough, high-standard assessments every day motivated me to spend four years (2014–2018) developing the original SalesInsighter CORE Assessment. This tool now underpins all my business services. 


I am not an Entrepreneur

At the age of 23, I founded and operated a fitness club, which provided valuable insight into earning an income through sales. I discovered that my primary interest lies in the dynamics of selling and purchasing, rather than solely in business management. I am drawn to opportunities where I can leverage my skills and knowledge to make a significant contribution. 


The Independent Sales Trainer

With years of experience as a B2B sales representative for transportation companies, I know the demands of the job and the reality of sales reporting. After discovering professional sales training, I dedicated five years to mastering the field. I then developed a Socratic-style course and, over nine years, trained hundreds of sales professionals across more than sixty industries worldwide. 


Corporate Sales Training Manager @ Microsoft

In my capacity as Corporate Sales Training Manager at Microsoft Canada, I was responsible for designing and delivering internal sales training to global sales professionals through Skype. I led initiatives that elevated Canada's standing from last to first worldwide in training readiness.

James Parker, our Corporate Trainer, accepted this responsibility and successfully organized and delivered essential courses to our teams. As a result, Canada is now ranked number one globally in Readiness.”

I thoroughly enjoyed conducting stress tests for a living. It is the reason this business exists.
