Experience Required
SalesInsighter Assessments are specifically designed for experienced salespeople who are willing and capable of fully explaining what they are currently selling, how they sell and why they sell the way they do.
📌A minimum of three months experience selling what you are currently selling is required to participate in a Sia assessment. A minimum of six months experience selling what you are currently selling is recommended.

Your Professional Sales Assessment is a LIVE 1:1 audio-only, 60-minute phone discussion that you customize (below), and I personalize.
Using Sia’s CORE Assessment, I meticulously review the recorded assessment to identify and prescribe Key Personal Insights(KPIs).

When I review the recording of an individual assessment, I consider hundreds of checkpoints, including behaviors. What surfaces are dozens of strengths and opportunities to improve. This is the information I use to develop and prescribe KPIs. They are prioritized and personalized to have the greatest immediate impact on your ability to achieve your desired outcomes and create value for all involved.
Walk-Through of Your Assessment Results
The Walk-Through of your assessment results follows the assessment in a separate thirty-minute call during which I clearly explain the reason(s) for your Key Personal Insights (KPIs) and how to use them. You and I work together to personalize how to use each KPI on a sales call (deliberate-practice coaching) in a way that is comfortable for you.
“Weekly Feedback” – The Difference-Maker
It is a term I use to describe a personalized Sia post-assessment service that provides the following key elements to ensure a training program succeeds:
• a commitment to identify and measure vital behaviors
• accountability
• timely coaching that provides feedback the trainee values
How “Weekly KPI Feedback” Works
A participant freely uses their KPIs and other Insights on sales calls; there is no script, steps, or rules. Communicate some of your (positive & negative) KPI experiences with me every week, share short stories. When you do, I score your KPI activity submissions, ask questions, review your completed exercise (if applicable), email your updated progress charts with the points you have earned and provide feedback.
Once the participant and I complete a Weekly KPI Feedback, we book a "Weekly Feedback Coaching Call”
This is a twenty-five-minute phone appointment to discuss what will benefit the person at this time.
