These are SalesInsighter’s general terms and conditions, some SalesInsighter services, such as the Collaborative Sale, Recorded Conversations, SalesInsighter Researchers, Assessment of a Candidate, have their own terms and conditions.
Contract-Free, Pay-as-You-Use
Unless otherwise agreed upon, SalesInsighter Assessments is a contract-free, pay-per-use service provider. Regardless of the reason(s), you (your business or a participating employee) and I may stop any SalesInsighter service at any time with no penalty. Your business only pays for completed services.
For example, if a participant is not making the required effort, I may choose not to work with this person. Another example, if someone is aggressive, pushy, controlling, and/or not collaborative, I may chose not to work with this person.
Another example, your company may not like how I conduct myself. Your business may not be satisfied with something.
Trust and credibility are core principles of SalesInsighter Assessments.
SalesInsighter Assessments and your company are unwavering in fully protecting each other’s information and each participant’s information.
An individual participant, your company, its employees, and all individual participants, agree not to - directly or indirectly:
- Post any SalesInsighter assessment results or any SalesInsighter content or material of any kind on the internet or on any form of social media (charts of a participant’s assessment results may be shared).
- Share/give access to any SalesInsighter content, or material to anyone outside of your organization. This includes assessment results, content and training/coaching content (charts of a participant’s assessment results may be shared).
In turn, I, SalesInsighter Assessments, agree to do the same with your organization’s material and your participants’ records.
Choose Privacy Options
Your business is paying for my services, therefore, your business decides on privacy options.
Regardless of the privacy option your business chooses, a participant is not allowed to record Sia services.
Privacy Option #1
My business records all calls because it is essential to do so. Most of my time is assessing recorded calls for the purposes of providing my services.
If your business records all calls, option one is to keep it this way for my services.
Just remember, when I'm assessing, it is best that a participant feels free to express herself/himself.
Privacy Option #2
Alternatively, participants may use their own personal cell number, not their company's phone system.
Cloud-unified communication companies have created their own app, which fully integrates employees’ mobile devices into the company business phone system. With this option, a participant would use their own cell number - not the app installed by their company.
A Potentially Bothersome Problem
Is if a manager/another person finds and listens to the recording of my services. Then uses that information to coach, scold, interrogate, talk about it with other employees etc.
This doesn't sit well with me. It is not the intended purpose of my services. Privacy and confidentiality are the reasons I produce two confidential reports.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
To protect privacy and confidentiality, I agree to send a Business Confidential Assessment Report and Business Confidential Weekly Feedback Report only to the individuals for whom your business has given me permission, which your business will provide to me via email.
Your business understands and agrees that an individual participant’s assessment results are personal and provided only to that person. That is what you are paying for. Key Personal Insights, assessment questions and results, personal training summaries etc. are not allowed to be shared, presented at a team meeting, or posted on the internet (charts of a participant’s assessment results may be shared).
No Recording
An individual participant agrees not to record any LIVE 1:1 SalesInsighter Assessments services. This includes assessments, Walk-Throughs and training. The only recording of these calls, for purposes of providing the service, is by James Parker of SalesInsighter Assessments.
🚩 WARNING:
Your business and the participant may not like or agree with some of the assessment results and/or my recommendations. This is to be expected.
Assessment results are not designed to appease but to help improve and transform.
SalesInsighter Assessments Makes No Promises.
You as an individual participant and your business agrees that all Key Personal Insights, recommendations, assessment results, and suggestions that SalesInsighter and I provide are not guaranteed, nor am I, James Parker or SalesInsighter Assessments, liable for how they are used or the results they produce.
How people behave is virtually impossible to predict. Human beings are complex and at a deep level, not entirely predictable. A consistent effort is required to benefit from SalesInsighter services.
AGREEING TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you, as a participant, and your business has reviewed and understands the Terms and Conditions to participant in SalesInsighter Assessments services and has reviewed and understands the required qualifications for your salespeople to participate - simply email (using your business email) me that you agree. Not only do individual participants agree to SalesInsighter Assessments terms and conditions via their work email, but they also verbally agree during the recording of their service.
📌If your business has suggestions, recommendations to amend these terms and conditions, I am open to considering them.
